2 ripe avocados
4 roma tomatoes (less seeds make it better!)
1 juicy lime
1 medium onion
kosher salt to taste

Slice the avocados (don't mash them), tomatoes and onion and mix it up. You should have almost equal
parts avocado and tomato. Mix everything in a bowl and squeeze a full lime into the mixture.
Typically a little more than a pinch of kosher (or sea) salt will do the trick. I always taste it, though.
Sometimes it needs more salt or lime ... you will figure out what you like when you taste it. .
