Peanut Dip- An Indonesian specialty (Laurie, June 03)


2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter

6 tablespoons firmly packed dark brown sugar

1/2 cup lemon juice

4 tablespoons chili sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 24 hours. Serve with celery, carrot,

cucumber, and zucchini strips.
